Enterprise Manager

Hello,
after starting the Manager, following error message is shown:
Error message details:
caption: MMC.exe - Entrypoint not found
details: Cannot find entrypoint of procedure ?
ProcessExecute@.@.YAXPAUHWND__@.@.PBG1@.Z not found in DLL-
file SEMSFC.dll
and the manager will be closed.
Perhaps anybdy can help me.

Can you give us more info. Did you install only the client tools? Are you
connecting to MSDE? Which version have you installed? Did you try to install
SQL Server SP3?
