Enterprise Manager

Is there a license limitation on how many SQL Ent Manager that I can install
on desktops?Yes, Enterprise Manager must be licensed just like any other application.
That means that if you use SQL Server Standard Edition you need a CAL
(Client Access License) for every server on every desktop on which you
install EM. If your servers all have a processor license, you can install EM
and the other SQL tool on any desktop you like within your company.

Close. The servers need to be licensed correctly. Both Standard and =Enterprise Edition can be licensed in CAL or per Processor mode. If you =have properly licensed the end user/device that access the system, then =you can install any of the client-side tools for those users/devices.
Sincerely,
Anthony Thomas
