Enterprise Mgr Can Not Sort?

Why can I not sort my stored procedure listing by creation date?

I am seeing these dates (omitted the time as not relevant)

2004-03-06
2004-05-14
2004-05-18
2004-03-06

After clicking the 'Create Date' header.

I vaguely recall having seen incorrect date formatting in Enterprise
Manager before, although I think that was the Jobs listing. Looking
now, I cannot see anything funny. Maybe there was a bug that was fixed
in a service pack? I'm running SP3, and you? Then again, regional
settings may also matter.
